The $21.78 charge had been missed/untagged until today; now tagged reimbursable. Two charges in one cycle points toward OpenAI possibly billing two separate plans (e.g. a personal ChatGPT plan alongside the reimbursable one) rather than a simple card mix-up. Noted on both transactions. Still needs Leif to check OpenAI billing/plans and card-on-file — this and the still-open 7/21 $106.70 anomaly remain unresolved.
