Different amount and count than the first occurrence, so not a confirmed steady recurring stream yet. Could be legitimate batched therapy-session billing, or a duplicate/authorization-hold error. Noted on all 4 transactions in Monarch. Worth confirming with Alma/insurance before these settle.
