Correction (afternoon): per Leif — OpenAI is only the ~$21.78/mo subscription from 6/24 onward; the three earlier charges (4/23 $21.78, 5/1 $92.62, 6/1 $108.88) pre-date Instalily and were untagged. The $223.28 “reimbursement gap” alert is void.

Equinox charged $381.43 once vs the usual $228.86 (during baseline window) — check the bill.
New merchants watched: Preply $105.45, AMC $29.99 (will alert if they recur).
OnlyFans “price hike” was a false alarm — one-off second charge; $11.99 recurs.
